I have served as a law teacher in universities for a long time and have a comprehensive and profound understanding of legal theory.
Engaged in long-term practice of resolving disputes in environmental law, administrative law, and civil and commercial law, proficient in handling complex and difficult legal issues encountered in litigation and arbitration.
Having served as a legal advisor to administrative agencies, public institutions, and enterprises for a long time, I have unique insights into resolving legal issues related to the operation and management of various administrative and civil entities.
Represented a large number of litigation and arbitration cases:
Acting as an agent for the Ministry of Environmental Protection (Ministry of Ecology and Environment), Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC), Beijing Environmental Protection Bureau (Ecological Environment Bureau), Haidian District Environmental Protection Bureau (Ecological Environment Bureau), Shijingshan District Ecological Environment Bureau and other administrative agencies to handle a large number of administrative reconsideration and litigation cases;
We have acted as an agent for group companies or subsidiaries such as PetroChina, State Grid Corporation of China, MCC, Guodian Materials, Ping An Insurance, CSCEC Design, and Xinxing Construction to handle a large number of environmental civil disputes, insurance disputes, construction project disputes, sales contract disputes, characteristic operation contract disputes, lease contract disputes, copyright disputes, labor disputes, and other litigation and arbitration cases;
Acting as an agent for institutions such as Beijing Foreign Studies University and Beijing Academy of Environmental Sciences to handle a large number of litigation and arbitration cases, including loan disputes, construction project disputes, and labor and personnel disputes;
Proxy investors have handled a large number of litigation and arbitration cases, including disputes over shareholders' right to know, validity of shareholder resolutions, and equity transfer disputes;
The proxy suspects have handled a large number of criminal cases, including environmental pollution crimes, private division of state-owned assets crimes, bribery crimes, non work bribery crimes, and contract fraud crimes.
In addition, we have also acted as an agent for Xinhua Insurance, Guodian Materials, Boqi Environmental Protection and other enterprises to handle a large number of non litigation businesses such as company (partnership) establishment, equity transfer, BOT contract negotiation, due diligence, and agency arrangements.
